Tracking PointsPlus

Tracking PointsPlus

Tracking means keeping tabs on the PointsPlus values of everything you eat and all the activity you do. You'll also track your weight once a week.

Tracking makes you aware of what you're eating and how many PointsPlus values you're using. Over time it'll help you learn to make smarter food choices, and it'll also show you where trouble spots lurk. Best of all, studies show that keeping track of food intake can help with weight loss success.1

You can track in the PointsPlus Tracker, on the mobile apps, or on paper.(For those times when you want a break from tracking, you can try the Simply Filling technique, where you eat from the list of satisfying Power Foods.)Update your weight in the Tracker once a week.

Good Health Guidelines

The Good Health Guidelines help ensure you get the nutrients, vitamins and minerals you need while you are losing weight. You can track these in your "Healthy Checks" as you meet them each day.
